Zusammenfassung:According to the present invention, disclosed are an ion exchange membrane for a fuel cell, a manufacturing method thereof, and a fuel cell including the same. The ion exchange membrane for a fuel cell of the present invention includes a polymer electrolyte membrane made of a first compound having a structure represented by chemical formula 1, wherein the polymer electrolyte membrane has a layer-by-layer structure including a first surface layer in which cerium nanoparticles are dispersed on one surface and a second surface layer in which cerium nanoparticles are dispersed on a surface opposite to the first surface layer, thereby blocking an electron flow and securing oxidation stability. 본 발명은 연료전지용 이온교환막, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 포함하는 연료전지를 개시한다. 본 발명의 연료전지용 이온교환막은 하기 화학식 1의 구조를 갖는 제1 화합물로 형성된 고분자 전해질막을 포함하고, 상기 고분자 전해질막은 일 면에 세륨 나노입자가 분산된 제1 표면층 및 상기 제1 표면층 반대면에 세륨 나노입자가 분산된 제2 표면층을 포함하여 층상 구조(Layer-by-Layer)를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하여, 전자 흐름을 차단하고 산화 안정성을 확보할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
