A thermoelement is disposed in the seat portion. The thermoelement is configured to heat and cool supplied air to provide the conditioned air. 본 발명에 따르면, 시트 열 조절 장치가 공조 공기를 시트 탑승자 목 부위에 제공하도록 구성된 벤트를 가진 시트 부분을 포함한다. 시트 부분 내에 열전소자가 배열된다. 열전소자는 공조 공기를 제공하기 위하여 공급 공기를 가열하고 냉각하도록 구성된다.
