Zusammenfassung:The present application relates to a method for manufacturing a photoelectrode, including the steps of: impregnating a first transition metal oxide capable of photoreaction into an electrolyte; generating an electrochemical oxidation reaction on the surface of the first transition metal oxide by applying a voltage to the electrolyte; and applying the voltage and at the same time irradiating light onto the first transition metal oxide to form a second transition metal oxide thin film on the surface of the first transition metal oxide. 본원은 광 반응이 가능한 제 1 전이금속 산화물을 전해질 내에 함침하는 단계, 상기 전해질 상에 전압을 인가하여 상기 제 1 전이금속 산화물 표면에 전기화학적 산화반응을 발생시키는 단계 및 상기 전압을 인가하는 단계와 동시에 상기 제 1 전이금속 산화물 상에 광을 조사하여, 상기 제 1 전이금속 산화물 표면에 제 2 전이금속 산화물 박막을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, 광전극의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
