More specifically, the present invention relates to a cosmetics composition containing a novel peptide derived from Chlorella protothecoides, thereby having excellent skin whitening or wrinkle reduction effects. The novel peptide of the present invention or a fragment thereof has excellent skin whitening and wrinkle reduction effects, is a small-sized peptide preparation, and has few side effects, and thus can be widely used in cosmetic compositions for skin whitening or wrinkle reduction. 본 발명은 신규 펩타이드 및 이를 포함하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 클로렐라 프로토테코이데스(chlorella protothecoides)로부터 유래한 신규의 펩타이드를 포함하여 피부 미백 또는 주름 개선 효과가 우수한 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 신규 펩타이드 또는 이의 단편은 피부 미백 및 주름 개선 효과가 우수하며, 크기가 작은 펩타이드제제로서, 부작용이 적어 피부 미백 또는 주름 개선용 화장료 조성물에 널리 사용될 수 있다.
