DEVICE FOR CORNER ROUNDING OF LEAD TAB FOR SECONDARY BATTERY

The present invention provides a device for rounding a corner of a lead tab for a secondary battery, which can automatically and continuously machine both corners of one end of a metal lead with an insulation film fused on both sides thereof and both corners of the other end into a round shape. The device for rounding a corner of a lead tab for a secondary battery comprises: a loading part on which a lead tab manufactured by a lead tab manufacturing apparatus is loaded and mounted; a primary corner machining part installed to lag behind the loading part, aligning the lead tab transported from the loading part, and machining both corners of one end of the metal lead adjacent to the insulation film into a round shape; a secondary corner machining part installed to lag behind the first corner machining part, aligning the lead tab transported from the first corner machining part, and machining both corners of the other end of the metal lead separated from the insulation film into a round shape; an unloading part installed to lag behind the secondary corner machining part, loading the lead tab transported from the secondary corner machining part, and discharging the loaded lead tabs to the outside; and a transport part loading the lead tab for machining both corners of one end of the metal lead and both corners of the other end into the loading part from the lead tab manufacturing apparatus, and transporting the lead tab loaded into the loading part to the primary corner machining part, the secondary corner machining part, and the unloading part. 개시되는 이차전지용 리드탭 모서리 라운딩 가공장치는, 리드탭 제조장치에서 제조된 리드탭이 로딩되어 안착되는 로딩부; 로딩부에 후행하게 설치되며, 로딩부에서 이송되는 리드탭을 정렬시키고, 절연필름에 인접한 금속리드의 일단부 양측 모서리를 라운드 형상으로 가공되게 하는 1차 모서리 가공부; 1차 모서리 가공부에 후행하게 설치되며, 1차 모서리 가공부에서 이송되는 리드탭을 정렬시키고, 절연필름에서 이격된 금속리드의 타단부 양측 모서리를 라운드 형상으로 가공되게 하는 2차 모서리 가공부; 2차 모서리 가공부에 후행하게 설치되며, 2차 모서리 가공부에서 이송되는 리드탭을 적재시키고, 적재된 리드탭들 외부로 배출되게 하는 언로딩부; 및 금속리드의 일단부 양측 모서리 및 타단부 양측 모서리를 가공할 리드탭을 리드탭 제조장치에서 로딩부에 로딩시키며, 로딩부에 로딩된 리드탭을 1차 모서리 가공부, 2차 모서리 가공부 및 언로딩부로 이송시키는 이송부;를 포함한다.
