A method for adjusting a temperature of an electric range performed by an electric range temperature adjustment device according to one embodiment may comprise: a step of receiving the temperature data measured by a temperature sensor installed in the electric range, during a temperature rise section for increasing a temperature of a content in a kitchen utensil; a step of determining a target temperature in a temperature holding section for maintaining the temperature of the content after the temperature rising section, based on the temperature data; and a step of controlling an output value of a heating area, during the temperature maintaining section, based on the determined target temperature.
