Prefabricated door frame

The present invention relates to a prefabricated doorframe. More specifically, the prefabricated doorframe comprises: an inner frame fixed to a wall; an outer frame installed in a front part of the inner frame; and a stopper provided on an upper side of the outer frame, wherein the lower surface of the inner frame is made of an integrated reinforcement material. In accordance with the present invention, a door frame having a cross section of an alternate angle of 90 degrees instead of having an existing 45-degree cross section is provided, thereby having effects of preventing the occurrence of defects such as a doorframe crack, twisting and the like, easily responding to walls of various sizes and facilitating construction. Moreover, without the use of an existing separate reinforcement material, an integrated reinforcement plate can be applied to an automation facility to bring about an effect of increasing productivity. In addition, a doorframe having a slim and rectangular shape, which can break away from an existing thick and sloped design, can be provided to bring about an effect of providing a doorframe with a high aesthetic impression to a user. 본 발명은 조립식 문틀에 관한 것으로서, 상세하게는 벽에 고정되는 안틀; 상기 안틀의 전방부에 설치되는 외틀; 상기 외틀의 상면에 마련되는 스토퍼로 구성되며, 상기 안틀의 하부면에 일체형 보강재로 이루어진 조립식 문틀에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 조립식 문틀은 기존의 45도 절단면이 아닌 90도 엇각의 절단면을 가지는 문틀을 제공함으로써 문틀 벌어짐, 뒤틀림 등의 하자 발생을 없앨 수 있고, 다양한 크기의 벽체에도 대응이 쉽고 시공이 용이한 효과가 있다. 또한, 기존의 별도 보강재 사용을 하지 않고 일체형 보강철판을 사용하여 자동화 설비에 적용 가능하여 생산성을 증대시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 기존의 두껍고 슬로프 진 디자인에서 벗어나 슬림하고 직각 형태의 문틀 제공이 가능하여 사용자에게로 하여금 심미성이 높은 문틀을 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
