Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a braiding system having a cross winder, comprising: a track plate (11) formed in a circular shape on an inner circumferential surface of a base stand (10) and configured to transfer a carrier; a bobbin carrier (12) formed along a track of an inner circumferential surface of the track plate (11), including a bobbin on which carbon yarn is wound, and formed vertically to a horizontal mandrel; a horizontal mandrel (80) configured to receive the carbon yarn from the bobbin carrier (12) and manufacture a first shaft product at a center side; a guide ring (20) formed to be spaced apart from an outer circumferential surface of the mandrel (80), receiving vibration of a vibrator (30) formed on one side to vibrate, and guiding the carbon yarn to the mandrel (80); and a cross winder (60) formed to vertically wind the carbon yarn on an outer circumferential surface of the first shaft product braided on the outer circumferential surface of the mandrel (80). The braiding system minimizes a friction of crossing carbon yarns to prevent a filament damage.
본 발명은 베이스대(10)의 내주면에 원형으로 형성되어 캐리어가 이송되도록 구성된 트랙판(11); 트랙판(11) 내주면의 트랙을 따라 형성되고 탄소사가 감긴 보빈을 포함하며, 수평의 맨드렐과 수직되게 형성된 보빈 캐리어(12); 보빈 캐리어(12)로부터 탄소사를 공급받아 중심측에 제1 샤프트제품이 제조되도록 구성된 수평형상의 맨드렐(80); 맨들렐(80)의 외주면과 이격되게 형성되고 일측에 형성된 진동기(30)의 진동을 전달받아 진동되며, 탄소사를 맨들렐(80) 측으로 안내하는 가이드링(20); 맨드렐(80)의 외주면에 브레이드된 제1 샤프트제품의 외주면에 탄소사를 수직으로 권취하도록 형성된 크로스와인더(60);를 포함하는 크로스와인더가 구비된 브레이딩 시스템이다. |
