Zusammenfassung: | Provided are a device and method for providing road condition prediction information. The device for providing road condition prediction information comprises: an object recognition unit recognizing objects approaching an intersection in which traffic lights are not installed; a movement trajectory prediction unit predicting a movement trajectory of each of the recognized objects; a conflict possibility evaluation unit using the movement trajectory of each of the objects predicted by the movement trajectory prediction unit, for any one of the recognized objects (hereinafter referred to as 'target object'), and evaluating possibility of conflict with the remaining objects among the recognized objects for each road (hereinafter, referred to as a 'road that can be progressed') through which the target object can proceed at an intersection; and a road condition prediction information providing unit generating road condition prediction information which includes an evaluation result of the possibility of conflict evaluated by the road that can be progressed of the target object in the conflict possibility evaluation unit, and providing the same to a road condition information board installed at the intersection. Accordingly, traffic accidents can be prevented in advance.
도로상황 예측정보 제공장치 및 방법이 제공된다. 객체 인식부는 교통신호등이 미설치된 교차로로 접근 중인 객체들을 인식하고, 이동궤적 예측부는 인식된 객체들 각각의 이동궤적을 예측하고, 상충가능성 평가부는 인식된 객체들 중 어느 하나(이하, '타겟 객체'이라 한다)에 대하여, 상기 이동궤적 예측부에서 예측된 객체들 각각의 이동궤적을 이용하여, 상기 타겟 객체가 교차로에서 진행가능한 도로(이하, '진행가능도로'라 한다) 별로 상기 인식된 객체들 중 나머지 객체들과의 상충가능성을 평가하며, 도로상황 예측정보 제공부는 상충가능성 평가부에서 상기 타겟 객체의 진행가능도로 별로 평가된 상충가능성 평가 결과를 포함하는 도로상황 예측정보를 생성하여 교차로에 설치된 도로상황 정보판에 제공한다. |
