Sewage and water treatment method equipped with up-flow blocking inclined plate module in SeDAFsedimentation and Dissolved Air Flotation

The present invention provides a sedimentation and dissolved air flotation treatment apparatus equipped with an up-flow blocking inclined plate module, and a treatment method using the same. The sedimentation and dissolved air flotation treatment apparatus comprises: a flocculation tank treating untreated water introduced for water treatment to generate flocs; a sedimentation and dissolved air flotation tank providing a flow path of the untreated water by a plurality of inclined plates, and having a sedimentation region depositing the flocs contained in the untreated water while the untreated water introduced from the flocculation tank moves along the flow path, and a flotation region disposed on the sedimentation region and allowing the untreated water passing through the sedimentation region to be floated, thereby removing the flocs contained in the floated untreated water; and an introduction part defined in a partition wall which divides the flocculation tank and the sedimentation and dissolved air flotation tank, and allowing the untreated water to be introduced from the flocculation tank into the sedimentation region. Each of the plurality of inclined plates comprises: a sedimentation part in which flocs of the untreated water moving along the flow path are deposited; and a blocking part which blocks the untreated water deviated from the flow path and moving upward from moving to the flotation region to prevent upward short circuit flow from being formed. According to the present invention, it is possible to prevent the floating of sludge and increase the purification efficiency. 본 발명에 따르면, 상향류 차단 경사판 모듈이 구비된 침전부상 처리장치 및 처리방법이 제공된다. 응집조는 수처리를 위해 유입되는 미처리수를 처리하여 플록을 생성하고, 침전부상조는 다수의 경사판들에 의해 미처리수의 유로를 제공하고, 응집조로부터 유입되는 미처리수가 유로를 따라 이동하는 동안 미처리수에 포함된 플록을 침전시키는 침전영역과, 침전영역의 상부에 형성되고, 침전영역을 통과한 미처리수를 부상시켜 부상된 미처리수에 포함된 플록을 제거하는 부상영역을 포함하고, 유입부는 응집조와 침전부상조를 구분하는 격벽에 형성되어 상기 응집조로부터 침전영역으로 미처리수가 유입되도록 하고, 다수의 경사판들 각각은, 유로를 따라 이동하는 미처리수의 플록이 침전되는 침전부와, 유로를 이탈하여 상향하는 미처리수가 부상영역으로 이동하는 것을 차단하여 상향 단락류가 형성되는 것을 방지하는 차단부를 포함한다.
