The present invention relates to a high-viscosity cosmetic powder supply hopper comprising a hopper body in which external cosmetic powder is put into the upper side and the stirred cosmetic powder is discharged through a lower supply port; a rotary driving system positioned on one outer side of the hopper body to transmit rotary driving power; and first and second rotary blades disposed on the upper and lower sides, respectively, within the hopper body and rotated by the driving of the rotary driving system to mix and stir the cosmetic powder input to the hopper body, wherein the rotational radii of the first and second rotary blades overlap with each other.
