Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a method for screening or confirming herbicide-resistant plants, and more specifically, to a method for screening or confirming herbicide-resistant plants by evaluating herbicide resistance of plants at the protoplast level. A method for confirming herbicide resistance of plants according to the present invention includes: a step of treating protoplasts isolated from plant cells with an herbicide; and a step of measuring the viability or survival rate of the protoplasts. 본 발명은 제초제 저항성 식물의 선별 또는 확인 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 원형질체 수준에서 식물의 제초제 저항성을 평가하여 제초제 저항성 식물을 선별 또는 확인하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
