Zusammenfassung: | Provided is a construction method for an underground structure, wherein a concrete enclosure is made into a segment, and assembled at the rear side of a shoe, thereby shortening the entire process. Furthermore, the concrete-enclosure is not propelled such that the propulsion of the shoe is sufficient as a propulsion facility. In the long-distance construction, the propulsion facility can save energy. To this end, a box-shaped loop, which is a rectangular steel pipe as a protection device, is inserted from an oscillating vertical device to be arranged in a right-side opened square shape as the group of the box-shaped loop. According to the construction method for an underground structure, by pushing the box-shaped loop, the group of the box-shaped loop and the concrete enclosure may be switched, thereby constructing an underground structure such as a tunnel and the like. The concrete enclosure is made into a segment to be assembled at the rear portion of a rectangular or door-shaped steel crust body with the front end made with the shoe. The group of the box-shaped loop propels the steel crust body as a propulsion reaction body. After the group of the box-shaped loop is advanced, the steel crust body and the concrete enclosure may be propelled as the propulsion reaction body. Therefore, the assembly process of the concrete enclosure, the propulsion process of the group of the box-shaped loop, and the propulsion process of the steel square body may be sequentially repeated.
콘크리트함체를 세그먼트화 하고, 슈 후방에서 조립하는 방식이기 때문에, 전체 공정의 단축화가 도모되며, 또 콘크리트·함체는 추진하지 않기 때문에, 추진설비는 슈를 추진하는 것만으로 좋으며, 장거리 시공에서는 추진설비의 생력화를 도모할 수 있는 지하구조물의 시공법을 제공한다. 방호공으로서의 직사각형 강관(鋼管)인 상자형 루프를 발진 수직구로부터 삽입해 상자형 루프의 열군으로서 ㄷ자형으로 배치하고, 상자형 루프를 밀어냄으로써 상자형 루프의 열군과 콘크리트함체를 바꿔놓아 터널 등의 지하구조물을 시공하는 지하구조물의 시공법으로서, 콘크리트함체는 세그먼트로 구성하고, 선단을 슈로 한 직사각형 또는 문형(文型)의 강제각체(鋼製殼體) 후부에서 이것을 조립하고, 상자형 루프의 열군은 강제각체를 추진 반력체로서 추진시켜, 상자형 루프의 열군의 전진 후, 강제각체를 콘크리트함체를 추진 반력체로서 추진시키는, 상기 콘크리트함체의 조립공정, 상자형 루프의 열군의 추진공정, 강제각체의 추진공정을 순차적으로 반복한다. |
