Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an electric parking lock apparatus used in a vehicle. According to an embodiment, an impact generated when a close contact means passes an inflection point of a parking pawl is converted into a kinetic energy through an energy conversion means. Therefore, transmission of the impact to a driving unit is prevented. The electric parking lock apparatus of the present invention comprises: a parking gear; the parking pawl; an adhesion means; the driving unit; and the energy conversion means. 실시 예는 차량에 사용되는 전동 파킹락 장치에 관한 것으로 밀착수단이 파킹폴의 변곡점을 지나면서 발생되는 충격을 에너지 변환 수단을 통해 운동 에너지로 변환하여 구동부로 충격이 전달되는 것을 방지하는 효과를 달성할 수 있다.
