The present invention relates to a wireless RF surface coil having an adjustable size for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), which comprises: a body tube (110) having an injection hole (111) communicating with a flow path formed therein to constitute a closed loop; a lattice tube (120) having a lattice structure with at least one intersecting portion while a flow path communicating with the body tube (110) is formed in an inner space (S) formed by the body tube (110); at least one fixing member (130) fixed to the body tube (110) or the lattice tube (120) to block the flow path of the body tube (110) or the lattice tube (120); and conductive liquid contained in a flow path of the closed loop of the body tube (110) and the lattice tube (120) divided by the fixing member (130).
