Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides an electronic device having a waterproof structure. The electronic device comprises: a housing having an internal space; a cover window covering the internal space; a display panel coupled to the cover window and accommodated in the internal space; a substrate assembly arranged along one edge of the display panel and connected to the display panel; a first sealing member coupling the substrate assembly to the cover window; a second sealing member arranged on one surface of the display panel, which is opposed to the display panel; a third sealing member arranged along the other edge of the display panel; and a fourth sealing member connecting either the first sealing member or the second sealing member to the third sealing member.
