The filter for a water treatment device includes a chamber including a water inlet and a water outlet, an electrode assembly disposed in the chamber so as to come into contact with feed water fed through the water inlet, the electrode assembly including a plurality of electrode units, a first power connector configured to supply power to one side of the electrode assembly, the first power connector including a first connector and a second connector to which different voltages are supplied in a divided state thereof, a second power connector configured to supply power to the other side of the electrode assembly, and a hydrophobic separation membrane interposed between the first connector and the second connector, the hydrophobic separation membrane disposed between two electrode units in which a power connection state is changed.
