VOLTAGE GENERATING CIRCUIT INCLUDING AN ASSIST CIRCUIT AND OPERATING METHOD THEREOF

A voltage generation circuit according to one embodiment of the present disclosure may comprise: an auxiliary circuit configured to generate an auxiliary signal indicating an active mode when a first supply voltage is lower than an auxiliary reference voltage; a compensation circuit configured to generate a compensation signal based on the first supply voltage when the auxiliary signal indicates the active mode; an internal voltage converter configured to generate a regulated voltage based on the first supply voltage; and a charge pump circuit configured to generate a pump voltage based on the regulated voltage.
