The present invention relates to a cooking vessel with a temperature detection sensor which installs a first heat transfer member in a first insertion groove formed while surrounding a circumference of a vessel body and allows a temperature sensor installed in a handle unit to contact the first heat transfer member to accurately measure a temperature of contents without respect to a heating unit temperature of a microwave through temperature measurement of a side surface, which is not a bottom surface of the vessel body. 본 발명은 온도감지센서가 구비된 조리용기에 관한 것으로서, 용기본체 둘레를 감싸며 형성된 제1삽입홈에 제1열전달부재를 설치하고, 손잡이부에 구비된 온도센서를 제1열전달부재와 접촉시켜 용기본체의 바닥면이 아닌 측면 온도 측정을 통해 전기레인지의 가열부 온도와 무관하게 정확하게 내용물의 온도를 측정할 수 있는 것이 특징이다.
