The present invention relates to a vitreous body cortex detachment device for ophthalmic surgery and, more specifically, to a vitreous body cortex detachment device capable of very easily detaching the vitreous body cortex from the retina during a vitreous body excising procedure for the treatment of retinal disease. The vitreous body cortex detachment device for ophthalmic surgery of the present invention comprises: a body part which can be gripped by a hand; a guide tube which is coupled to one side of the body part to be able to be inserted into the eyeball; a lever installed at the body part; a connecting member installed to be inserted into the guide tube and connected to the lever; and a peeling part which is coupled to the connection member to be able to be exposed to the outside of the guide tube or inserted into the guide tube by an operation of the lever, and when exposed to the outside of the guide tube, rubs the vitreous body cortex attached to the retina to peel off the vitreous body cortex from the retina. 본 발명은 안과수술용 유리체 피질 박리기구에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 망막질환의 치료를 위한 유리체절제 시술시 유리체의 피질을 망막으로부터 매우 용이하게 박리할 수 있는 유리체 피질 박리기구에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 안과수술용 유리체 피질 박리기구는 손으로 파지가 가능한 본체부와, 본체부의 일측에 결합되어 안구의 내부로 삽입될 수 있는 가이드관과, 본체부에 설치되는 레버와, 가이드관의 내부에 삽입되게 설치되어 레버와 연결되는 연결부재와, 연결부재와 결합되어 레버의 조작에 의해 가이드관의 외부로 노출되거나 가이드관의 내부로 삽입될 수 있으며 가이드관의 외부로 노출시 망막에 부착된 유리체의 피질을 문질러서 망막으로부터 유리체의 피질을 벗겨내는 필링부를 구비한다.
