Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed is a housing-integrated brake to increase stability of a brake. According to the present invention, the housing-integrated brake comprises: a housing (100) formed in a cylindrical shape with an open right side, having a first through-hole (110) formed in the center of the left side, and having a left surface coupled to a transmission cover (10); a housing cover (200) coupled to the right side of the housing (100) to seal the housing (100); a braking shaft (300) inserted into and coupled to the first through-hole (110) and transmitting power from an engine; a brake drum (400) and lining (500) disposed inside the housing (100) to transmit a braking force to the braking shaft (300); and a brake lever (600) coupled to one side of the lining (500) and operated by an external force to bring the lining (500) into close contact with the brake drum (400).
일체형으로 형성된 하우징 브레이크에 대해 개시된다. 개시된 하우징 일체형 브레이크는 우측이 개구된 원통 형상으로 형성되되 좌측 중앙에는 제1 관통공(110)이 형성되며, 좌측면이 변속기커버(10)에 결합되는 하우징(100); 상기 하우징(100)의 우측에 결합되어 하우징(100)을 밀폐하는 하우징커버(200); 상기 제1 관통공(110)에 삽입되어 결합되되 엔진으로부터 동력을 전달하는 제동축(300); 상기 하우징(100)의 내부에 배치되어 상기 제동축(300)에 제동력을 전달하는 브레이크드럼(400)과 라이닝(500); 상기 라이닝(500)의 일측에 결합되되 외력에 의해 조작되어 상기 라이닝(500)을 브레이크드럼(400)쪽으로 밀착시키는 제동 레버(600);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
