IMAGE SENSOR MODULE IMAGE PROCESSING SYSTEM AND OPERATING METHOD OF IMAGE SENSOR MODULE

The present invention relates to an image sensor module to increase the accuracy of arithmetic operations, an operation method thereof, and an image processing system including the same. According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the image sensor module comprises: an image sensor generating image data; and a memory including a processor-in-memory (PIM) circuit including a memory bank storing the image data and a plurality of processing elements.
