Jig for insertion/extraction of connector

The present invention relates to a jig for inserting and removing a connector, which is used to pick up a first connector having a cable connected thereto, and insert or remove the same from a second connector in a forward direction and a backward direction, and more particularly, to a jig for inserting and removing a connector which comprises: a first body and a second body having restoring force when one sides are in contact with each other and the other sides are tightened; a first holder disposed on the first body; and a second holder disposed on the second body. The first holder and the second holder each includes an accommodation unit for accommodating at least a portion of the first connector, the accommodating unit includes at least a pair of first and second surfaces spaced apart from each other in the forward direction and the backward direction, and at least a portion of the first surface and at least a portion of the second surface are disposed to overlap a partial region of the first connector located in the accommodating unit in the forward direction and the backward direction.
