Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for predicting hydrogen brittleness fracture evaluation, which can derive a fracture limit diagram of a metal plate according to hydrogen concentration by using a formula defined by triaxial stress, a load angle, and a hydrogen diffusion coefficient. In the prior art, there is a problem of evaluating fracture caused by hydrogen brittleness generated after forming the plate made of ultra-high-strength steel. To solve the various problems including the problem as described above, the purpose of the present invention is to provide the method for predicting hydrogen brittleness fracture evaluation considering forming history of a component. 본 발명은 수소취성 파단 평가 예측 방법으로서, 삼축응력, 로드앵글 및 수소확산계수로 정의되는 식을 이용하여 수소농도에 따른 금속판재의 파단 한계선도를 도출할 수 있다.
