Zusammenfassung:Disclosed are real-time polymerase chain reaction assay primer set and method, which can specifically detect chicken infectious anemia virus while measuring the titer of chicken infectious anemia virus causing severe anemia and atrophy of immune organs in young chickens to reduce immunity, thereby resulting in a decrease in weight gain, and successively, causing secondary infections of the young chickens by the easy exposure to respiratory viruses, bacteria, fungi, and the like. According to the present invention, the real-time polymerase chain reaction assay method has excellent specificity and reproducibility compared to the infection titer by a cell culture method. 본원은 어린 닭에서 심한 빈혈과 면역기관의 위축으로 면역능력을 저하시켜 증체율 저하가 나타나고, 속발적으로 호흡기성 바이러스, 세균, 곰팡이 등에 쉽게 노출되어 2차 감염을 유발하는 닭전염성빈혈병 바이러스의 역가를 측정할 수 있고, 동시에 특이적으로 닭전염성빈혈 바이러스를 검출할 수 있는 실시간 중합효소 연쇄반응 시험법 프라이머 세트 및 방법을 개시한다. 세포배양법에 의한 감염역가와 비교한 결과 실시간 중합효소 연쇄반응 시험법은 특이성과 재현성이 우수함을 확인하였다.
