System and Its Method for Generating Safety Alarm In Risk Predicted Area by Analyzing Risk in Advance

The present invention relates to a system for generating an alarm in a risk predicted area by analyzing a risk in advance, and a method thereof. The system of the present invention comprises: a terminal unit which has a terminal unique number, and generates location data corresponding to a location change; a camera unit which films a predetermined area to generate an image; and a central control unit which includes a predetermined reference object, performs data communication with the terminal unit and the camera unit, receives and stores the terminal unique number and the location data from the terminal unit, receives the image from the camera unit to extract a risk element object from the image, and matches the extracted risk element with the predetermined reference object to generate a risk signal in case a matching value is above a reference value, before transmitting the risk signal to the terminal unit located within a predetermined area. Furthermore, the method according to the present invention comprises: a step (A) in which the terminal unit is set in the terminal unique number, and generates the location data corresponding to the location change; a step (B) in which the camera unit films a predetermined area to generate the image; and a step (C) in which the central control unit includes the predetermined reference object, performs data communication with the terminal unit and the camera unit, receives and stores the terminal unique number and the location data from the terminal unit, receives the image from the camera unit to extract a risk element object from the image, and matches the extracted risk element with the predetermined reference object to generate a risk signal in case the matching value is above a reference value, before transmitting the risk signal to the terminal unit located within a predetermined area.
