Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a non-face-to-face health status measurement system through camera-based vital sign data extraction and electronic medical examination and a method thereof, and more specifically, to a system which can measure a user's health condition in a non-face-to-face manner through vital sign data including heart rate, respiratory rate, oxygen saturation, etc. extracted by using color information from facial images captured with a camera and the results of an online electronic medical examination, to monitor various infectious diseases, and can quickly respond to diseases and infectious diseases, and a method thereof. 본 발명은 카메라 기반 생체 징후 데이터 추출과 전자 문진을 통한 비대면 건강상태 측정 시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로, 카메라로 촬영한 얼굴영상의 색정보를 이용하여 추출한 심박수, 호흡수, 산소포화도 등을 포함한 생체 징후 데이터와 온라인상에서 이루어지는 전자 문진의 결과를 통해서 사용자의 건강 상태를 비대면으로 측정함으로써, 각종 감염병에 대한 모니터링을 수행하고, 질병 및 감염병 발생에 신속하게 대응할 수 있도록 하는 시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것이다.
