A storage device a method of operating the same and a method of providing a plurality of performance tables

The present invention provides a storage device with improved operating performance. According to example embodiments of the present invention, the device comprises: at least one nonvolatile memory device; first and second temperature sensors arranged adjacent to the nonvolatile memory device; and a controller configured to control the operating performance of the nonvolatile memory device based on a plurality of performance tables, a first temperature sensed by the first temperature sensor, and a second temperature sensed by the second temperature sensor. The plurality of performance tables include a plurality of entries including information on the operating performance of the nonvolatile memory device.
