More specifically, the display device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a display panel and a cover window disposed on the display panel. The cover window includes cover glass, a flame retardant layer and a functional coating layer. The durability and heat resistance of the display device may be improved by using a cover window having flame retardant properties and anti-scattering properties using the flame retardant layer. 본 발명은 표시 장치에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 표시 장치는 표시 패널 및 상기 표시 패널 상에 배치된 커버 윈도우를 포함하고, 커버 윈도우는 커버 글라스, 난연층 및 기능성 코팅층을 포함한다. 난연층을 이용하여 난연 특성 및 비산 방지 특성을 가지는 커버 윈도우를 사용함으로써, 표시 장치의 내구성 및 내열성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
