Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to an apparatus for molding lead for a makeup pencil, comprising: a central forming mold in which a pair of mold blocks are closely coupled by a coupling member to form a raw material inlet guide groove and lead forming holes, and a close contact groove is formed by allowing a free end of a horizontal portion to be recessed upward from the lower surface for being inclined downward at a set angle based on bent ends of ㄱ-shaped horizontal and vertical portions so that the lower ends of the lead forming holes are inclined at a set angle; an upper cover mold sealing the upper parts of the lead forming holes and the raw material inlet guide groove while an injection hole through which a raw material is selectively injected from the outside is formed through the center in the longitudinal direction, and installed in close contact with the upper part of the central forming mold; and a lower cover mold in which the upper surface and the back surface come in close contact with the close contact groove of the central forming mold to seal the lower parts of the lead forming holes and an air discharge groove is formed on the upper surface to be recessed so that air is discharged via the lower end from the inside of an injection-directional tip-side lead forming hole to the outside when the raw material is injected, thereby simply manufacturing the lead in which a contact area for makeup is maximized due to a surface inclined at a set angle to be extended and any one side tip portion is inclined in a longitudinal direction to enable delicate makeup, smoothly discharging air within the lead forming holes to the outside when the raw material is injected into the lead forming holes, and at the same time, stably injecting the raw material throughout the entire inside up to the tip ends of the lead forming holes when the raw material is injected into the lead forming holes.
본 발명은 화장용구용 심 성형장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 한 쌍의 금형블록이 결합부재에 의해 밀착결합되어 원료유입안내홈과 심성형홀이 형성되며, 심성형홀 하단이 일정각도 경사지도록 하면으로부터 'ㄱ'자 형상의 수평과 수직 부분의 절곡단을 기준으로 수평 부분의 자유단이 일정각도 하향 경사지게 상향 함몰되어 밀착홈이 형성되는 중앙성형금형, 심성형홀 상부와 원료유입안내홈이 밀폐되도록 하되 외부로부터 선택적으로 원료가 주입되는 주입공이 길이방향 중앙에 관통형성되며, 중앙성형금형 상부에 밀착설치되는 상부커버금형 및 상면과 후면이 중앙성형금형의 밀착홈에 밀착되어 심성형홀 하부가 밀폐되도록 하되 원료의 주입시 주입방향 선단 측 심성형홀 내부로부터 하단을 거쳐 공기가 외부로 배출되도록 하는 공기배출홈이 상면에 함몰형성된 하부커버금형을 포함함으로써 일정각도 경사져 확장된 면으로 화장을 위한 접촉면적을 극대화함과 동시에 첨단을 이용한 섬세한 화장이 가능토록 길이방향 어느 일 측 단부가 경사진 심을 간단하게 제조할 수 있으며, 심성형홀에 원료의 주입시 심성형홀 내부의 공기에 대해 외부로 원활한 배출이 이루어질 수 있도록 함과 동시에 심성형홀에 |
