THE SYSTEM AND THE METHOD AND FOR PREVENTION OF VAPOR INVASION INTO STEAM TURBINE BASED ON THE MONITORING DEGREE OF SUPERHEAT

The present invention relates to a system and method for preventing steam from entering a steam turbine by monitoring the overheatedness of steam, which is able to monitor the temperature and pressure of steam entering the steam turbine, determine the overheatedness, and prevent the steam from entering the steam turbine. According to the present invention, the method for preventing steam from entering the steam turbine by monitoring the overheatedness of steam comprises: (S110) a temperature and pressure input step to input the temperature and the pressure of the steam entering the steam turbine (40) through a steam line (31) from a steam generator (20) into a control unit (60); (S120) a T-S line substitution step to substiute the steam T-S line with the temperature and pressure of steam; (S130) a steam overheatedness calculation step to calculate the overheatedness of steam entering the steam turbine (40) in the steam T-S line; (S140) a first overheatedness comparison step to compare to see if the overheatedness of steam exceeds a preset first reference value; and (S160) an overheatedness recovery control step to control so that the overheatedness can increase if the overheatedness does not exceed the first reference value. 본 발명은 증기 터빈으로 유입되는 증기의 온도와 압력을 모니터링하여 과열도를 판단함으로써, 습증기가 증기 터빈으로 유입되는 것을 방지토록 한 증기 과열도 감시를 통한 증기터빈 습증기 유입 방지 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 증기 과열도 감시를 통한 증기터빈 습증기 유입 방지 방법은, 증기발생기(20)로부터 증기라인(31)을 통하여 증기터빈(40)으로 유입되는 증기의 온도와 압력이 제어부(60)로 입력되는 온도 및 압력 입력 단계(S110)와, 상기 증기의 온도와 압력을 증기 T-S 선도에 대입시키는 T-S 선도 대입 단계(S120)와, 상기 증기 T-S 선도에서 상기 증기터빈(40)으로 유입되는 증기의 과열도를 계산하는 증기과열도 계산 단계(S130)와, 상기 증기의 과열도가 미리 설정된 제1 기준치를 초과하는지를 비교하는 제1 과열도 비교 단계(S140) 및 상기 과열도가 상기 제1 기준치를 초과하지 않으면, 상기 과열도가 높아지도록 제어하는 과열도 회복 제어 단계(S160)를 포함한다.
