Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a seawater temperature monitoring device using optical fiber. The seawater temperature monitoring device is the device for monitoring seawater temperature by a coolant discharged from a plant facility. The device comprises: an optical fiber cable sensor installed along the seabed; and a seawater temperature monitoring module radiating laser light to the optical fiber cable sensor and monitoring the seawater temperature by using the received laser light. The seawater temperature monitoring module can be provided on the ground. 광 섬유를 이용한 해수 온도 모니터링 장치이 제공된다. 광 섬유를 이용한 해수 온도 모니터링 장치는, 플랜트 설비에서 배출되는 냉각수에 의한 해수 온도를 모니터링하는 장치에 있어서, 해저면을 따라 설치된 광 섬유 케이블 센서와, 광 섬유 케이블 센서에 레이저 광을 조사하고, 수신된 레이저 광을 이용하여 해수 온도를 모니터링하는 해수 온도 모니터링 모듈을 포함하며, 해수 온도 모니터링 모듈은 육상에 구비될 수 있다.
