VEHICLE SEAT HAVING HEIGHT ADJUSTER FOR SAFETY BELT

The present invention relates to a vehicle seat in which a height adjuster of a three-point type seat belt is embedded. The vehicle seat includes: a lower rail fixedly fastened to an upper end of one side of a seatback frame in a vertical direction; a locking system provided to be slid up and down along the lower rail, and have a position fixed and released; a seat belt anchor coupled to the locking system; and a cover fixedly coupled to the seatback frame while covering the lower rail and the locking system, and having a front slide opening for exposing the anchor to the outside and guiding the up-and-down slide. Accordingly, since a height adjustor of a three point type seat belt is autonomously embedded in bench seats of two or three lines or lower in a sedan or van, the seats can be lowered to a height for a child passenger, thus contributing to the prevention of a secondary accident caused by a seat belt. 본 발명은 3점식 안전벨트의 높이조절장치가 내장된 차량용 시트에 관한 것으로서, 시트백 프레임(seatback frame)의 일측 상단부에 상하방향으로 고정적으로 체결되는 로어레일(lower rail)과; 상기 로어레일을 따라 상하 슬라이드, 위치고정 및 해제가 가능하도록 구비되는 로킹시스템(locking system)과; 상기 로킹시스템에 결합하는 안전벨트용 앵커(anchor)와; 상기 로어레일, 로킹시스템을 덮은 상태로 상기 시트백 프레임에 고정적으로 결합하며, 상기 앵커를 외부로 노출시키고 상하 슬라이드를 안내하는 전방의 슬라이드 개구가 형성되는 커버(cover)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의해, 승용차나 승합차의 2열 또는 3열 이하의 벤치시트에 자체적으로 3점식 안전벨트의 높이조절장치를 내장함으로써 어린이 탑승자를 위한 높이에 맞추어 낮출 수 있으므로 안전벨트로 인한 2차 사고의 방지에 기여할 수 있다.
