Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an antibacterial composition containing an Elaeocarpus sylvestris extract or a filtrate thereof as an active ingredient. The Elaeocarpus sylvestris extract and the filtrate thereof have antibacterial activities against Lactobacillus sakei, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactococcus lactis, Leuconostoc mesenteroides, Weissella confusa, Pediococcus acidilactici, Pichia anomala, Pichia fermentans, and Pseudomonas fluorescens strains, which are resistant to antibiotics, and thus can be used in an antibacterial composition against strains resistant to antibiotics. 본 발명은 담팔수(Elaeocarpus sylvestris) 추출물 또는 이의 정제물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 항균용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 상기 담팔수 추출물 또는 이의 정제물은 항생제 내성이 있는 Lactobacillus sakei, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactococcus lactis, Leuconostoc mesenteroides, Weissella confusa, Pediococcus acidilactici, Pichia anomala, Pichia fermentans, 및 Pseudomonas fluorescens 균주에 대한 항균 활성을 가지므로, 항생제 내성이 있는 균주의 항균용 조성물로 가능하다.
