According to the present invention, a managed study cafe system relates to a managed study cafe managed by a manned manager. The managed study cafe system includes: a user terminal in which seat reservation and payment can be made through a dedicated app; a digital terminal equipped with a camera so that each seat can use contents including a cam study; a seat management unit which manages the assignment status of each seat and a remaining time of the assigned seat; and a seat power controller which controls the supply of power to the seat based on whether the user enters or exits the assigned seat.
