Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for synthesizing a derivative obtained by esterifying choline alfoscerate. The present invention also relates to preparations containing choline alfoscerate ester (TGPC) derivatives and uses thereof. The choline alfoscerate ester compound has an antioxidant effect independently of the substance, and as a prodrug, is separated into GPC and thioctic acid by enzymes in vivo, thereby having an effect of treating or preventing diseases selected from mild cognitive impairment, diabetes, muscle seizures and presbyopia. 본 발명은 콜린알포세레이트를 에스테르화 한 유도체의 합성 방법에 관한 것이다. 또한 본 발명은 콜린알포세레이트 에스테르(TGPC) 유도체를 포함하는 제제 및 그 용도에 관한 것이다. 콜린알포세레이트 에스테르 화합물은 물질 독단적으로 항산화 효과를 갖고 프로드럭(prodrug, 전구의약물)으로서 생체내 효소에 의해 GPC와 티옥트산으로 분리되어 경도인지장애, 당뇨병, 근육발작 및 노안에서 선택되는 질병을 치료 또는 예방하는 효과를 갖는다.
