Zusammenfassung:	An image generation method and device are disclosed. The image generation method according to one embodiment may include the steps of: determining the motion of a character generated in correspondence with a user based on voice data of the user; determining a shot corresponding to a scene in which a character whose movement is determined with a virtual camera is photographed based on the purpose of voice data and an image; and generating an image corresponding to the voice data based on the determined shot. 영상 생성 방법 및 장치가 개시된다. 일 실시 예에 따른 영상 생성 방법은 사용자의 음성 데이터에 기초하여, 사용자에 대응하여 생성된 캐릭터의 움직임을 결정하는 단계, 음성 데이터 및 영상의 목적에 기초하여, 가상의 카메라로 움직임이 결정된 캐릭터를 촬영한 장면에 해당하는 샷을 결정하는 단계 및 결정된 샷에 기초하여, 음성 데이터에 대응하는 영상을 생성하는 단계를 포함한다.
