Zusammenfassung:According to various embodiments of the present invention, a manufacturing method of a thin film solar cell light absorption layer comprises the following steps of: forming an anti-blister layer made of a plurality of protrusions on a substrate on which a rear electrode is formed; forming a metal precursor of a light absorption layer by stacking at least one of a Zn precursor, a Cu precursor, and a Sn precursor on the rear electrode; and heat-treating the anti-blister layer and the metal precursor. 본 발명의 다양한 실시예에 따른 박막 태양전지 광흡수층의 제조 방법은, 후면 전극이 형성된 기판 상에 복수개의 돌기로 이루어진 블리스터방지층을 형성하는 단계; 상기 후면 전극 상에 Zn 전구체, Cu 전구체 및 Sn 전구체 중 적어도 어느 하나를 적층하여 광흡수층의 금속 전구체를 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 블리스터방지층 및 금속 전구체를 열처리 하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
