CUSTOM MADE FOODS INFORMATION AND DIET PROVIDING METHOD AND THE SYSTEM FOR AMELIORATING SYMPTOM OF BOWEL SYNDROME BASED SELF-REPORTING

The present invention provides a method for providing customized food information and diet for alleviating symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome based on self-report and a system therefor. The method comprises: a step (1) of receiving self-written information including a health condition, symptom occurrence status, symptom type, and meal intake condition from a client; a step (2) of classifying an intake type based on the received meal intake condition and symptom type; a step (3) of matching a diet type to alleviate symptoms according to the classified intake type; a step (4) of transmitting customized diet type information to the client; and a step (5) of confirming receipt of a customized meal from the client and requesting delivery of the meal.
