Zusammenfassung:Disclosed are IoT equipment for cloud-based public space management and prevention of petrification and a data statistics management system. According to one embodiment, a seat management method performed by a cloud server may include the steps of: collecting seat data for IoT smart seats; determining seat conditions including currently available seats or seats suspected of being petrified according to the collected seat data; and providing seat information including whether the seat is available to the electronic device through the determined seat situation. 클라우드 기반 공용공간 관리와 사석화 방지를 위한 IoT 장비 및 데이터 통계관리 시스템이 개시된다. 일 실시예에 따른 클라우드 서버에 의해 수행되는 좌석 관리 방법은, IoT 스마트 좌석에 대한 좌석 데이터를 수집하는 단계; 상기 수집된 좌석 데이터에 따라 현재 이용 가능한 좌석 또는 사석화 의심 좌석을 포함하는 좌석 상황을 판단하는 단계; 상기 판단된 좌석 상황을 통해 전자 기기에게 좌석의 이용 여부를 포함하는 좌석 정보를 제공하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
