Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a microorganism having a 2,3-butanediol biosynthetic pathway and, more specifically, to a recombinant microorganism for producing 2,3-butanediol in which at least one selected from a group consisting of a pathway converting glutamic acid to polyglutamic acid, a pathway converting sucrose to levan, a pathway converting pyruvic acid to lactic acid, and a pathway converting glycerophosphate to glycerol. In addition, the present invention relates to a method for producing 2,3-butanediol using the recombinant microorganism for producing 2,3-butanediol. 본 발명은 2,3-부탄다이올 생합성 경로를 갖는 미생물에 있어서, 글루탐산을 폴리글루탐산으로 전환하는 경로, 슈크로즈를 레반으로 전환하는 경로, 피루브산을 젖산으로 전환하는 경로 및 글리세로포스페이트를 글리세롤로 전환하는 경로로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상이 억제된, 2,3-부탄다이올 생산용 재조합 미생물에 대한 것이다. 또한 본 발명은 상기 2,3-부탄다이올 생산용 재조합 미생물을 이용한 2,3-부탄다이올의 생산 방법에 대한 것이다.
