Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a cover assembly structure for a vehicle seat, comprising: a back board unit installed to cover the rear of a seat back frame constituting a seat; a back board extension unit integrally extending from a lower end part of the back board unit and inserted into a shield cover respectively positioned on left and right both sides at a lower part of the seat; a fixation unit installed to surround a lower part of the seat; and a folding unit formed at a boundary position of the back board unit and the back board extension unit, and selectively folded as the seat is reclined. An objective of the present invention is to provide the cover assembly structure for the vehicle seat capable of enhancing a sense of luxury. 본 발명은 시트를 구성하는 시트백 프레임의 후방을 커버하도록 설치되는 백보드부, 상기 백보드부의 하단부로부터 일체로 연장 형성되며, 상기 시트의 하부에서 좌우 양측으로 각각 위치된 쉴드 커버에 삽입되는 백보드 연장부, 상기 시트의 하부를 감싸도록 설치되는 고정부 및 상기 백보드부 및 상기 백보드 연장부의 경계 위치에 형성되며, 상기 시트가 리클라이닝 됨에 따라 선택적으로 폴딩되는 폴딩부를 포함한다.
