Zusammenfassung:	According to the present invention, a deformation amount testing device of a flex spline comprises: a boss fixing unit fastening and fixating a boss unit of a flex spline; a servomotor rotating a wave generator mounted in an input unit of the flex spline; and a displacement measurement sensor measuring a deformation amount where an outer circumferential surface of the input unit of the flex spline is deformed in a radial direction according to rotation of the wave generator. 본 발명의 플렉스플라인의 변형량 시험 장치는, 플렉스플라인의 보스부를 체결하여 고정하는 보스고정부; 상기 플렉스플라인의 입력부에 장착된 웨이브 제너레이터를 회전시키는 서보모터; 및 상기 웨이브 제너레이터의 회전에 따라 상기 플렉스플라인의 입력부 외주면이 반경방향으로 변형되는 변형량을 측정하는 변위측정센서를 포함한다.
