Zusammenfassung:The present invention contributes to further miniaturization of a scroll-type electric compressor. A compression part housing (13) having a first peripheral wall (13b) on which a fixed scroll (9) is disposed, and a motor housing (15) are fastened by a plurality of fastening members. The first peripheral wall (13b) has a plurality of thin-walled portions (131), and a plurality of thick-walled portions (132) through which the respective fastening members are inserted and passed. A fixed substrate (9a) has, on the outer circumferential surface, a plurality of recessed portions (91) that avoid interference with the respective thick-walled portions (132) at portions thereof opposite to the respective thick-walled portions (132) in a radial direction, and a plurality of protrusion portions (92) protruding outward than the recessed portions (91) in the radial direction, in portions thereof opposite to the respective thin-walled portions (11) in the radial direction. Each of the plurality of protrusion portions (92) is sandwiched between two adjacent thick-walled portions (132) in a circumferential direction. The fixed scroll (9) has a plurality of columnar portions (9c) axially extending from the respective protrusion portions (92) and for holding an elastic plate together with a shaft support housing.
