Zusammenfassung: | The present invention provides a system and a method for controlling a low voltage direct current converter of a fuel cell vehicle, which can determine that a post-processing motion of a fuel cell system is finished to enable a low voltage direct current converter to be turned off itself when at least a predetermined value of an output current of the low voltage direct current converter descends even though can communication time out or can communication fail, where the low voltage direct current converter cannot receive an off-command from a vehicle controller, occurs, and open a relay of a high voltage battery after turning off the low voltage direct current converter, thereby preventing relay fusion of the high voltage battery.
본 발명은 차량 제어기로부터의 오프 지령을 저전압 직류변환기가 수신하지 못하는 캔 통신 타임 아웃 또는 캔 통신 페일이 발생하더라도, 저전압 직류변환기의 출력전류가 일정치 이상 하강하면 연료전지 시스템의 후처리 동작이 완료된 것으로 판단하여 저전압 직류변환기가 자체적으로 오프되고, 저전압 직류변환기가 오프된 후 고전압배터리의 릴레이를 오픈시킬 수 있도록 함으로써, 고전압 배터리의 릴레이 융착을 방지할 수 있는 연료전지 차량의 저전압 직류변환기 제어 시스템 및 방법을 제공하고자 한 것이다. |
