Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a seismic anchor bolt. A connection member like the anchor bolt can be inserted into a hole formed in the ground or concrete wall surfaces used for the structures of housing and industrial plants such as buildings, power plants, roads, and railroads. Various connection targets can be installed on the anchor bolt and the bolt can be prevented from loosening by vibration or pressure, so the fastening force of the bolt can be strengthened. The anchor bolt is fastened with a screw thread formed on the outer circumferential surface of the anchor bolt along with a wedge unit. The anchor bolt includes: an inner coil spring fastened with the screw thread of the anchor bolt, and coming in close contact with the screw thread of the anchor bolt, and pressing the inside of an outer coil spring, and extended to the wedge unit by a coil spring extension unit, and pressing an anchor hole, and being an elastic member; the outer coil spring being an elastic member with an upper extension unit and a lower extension unit pressing the outer side of the inner coil spring and a concrete anchor hole by pressing of an upper wedge unit and a lower wedge unit due to rotation of a rotation unit of the anchor bolt. Therefore, the anchor bolt has a dual coil spring shape.
본 발명은 건축물, 발전소, 도로와 철도 구조물 등의 주거 및 산업플랜트의 구조에 사용되는 지반 또는 콘크리트 벽면에 결합 고정하기위해 구멍을 뚫어 앵커 볼트와 같은 연결부재를 삽입한 후 그 연결부재에다양한 연결 고정대상물을 설치하여 진동이나 압력에 의해 볼트의 풀림을방지하고, 볼트의 체결력을 강화시킬 수 있는 내진용 앵커볼트에관한 것이다.앵커볼트의 외주연에 형성된 나사산에 쐐기부와 함께 체결되는앵커볼트에 있어서, 상기 앵커볼트의 나사산에 체결되고, 앵커볼트의나사산에 밀착 되어 외부 코일스프링 내부을 가압하고, 코일스프링확장부에 의해 쐐기부에 확장되어 앵커공을 가압하는 탄성부재인내부코일스프링, 앵커볼트 회전부의 회전으로 인한 상하 쐐기부의가압으로 내부코일스프링 외부와 콘크리트 앵커공를 가압하는 상하확장부가 있는 탄성부재인 외부코일스프링의 구성으로 이중코일스프링의형상을 특징으로 한다. |
