Zusammenfassung:An electronic device according to various embodiments disclosed in this document includes a memory, a motion sensor, an optical sensor, and a processor operatively connected to the memory, the motion sensor, and the optical sensor. The memory, when executed, may be set to allow the processor to: determine whether a user is in a physical work state or a mental work state based on a sensor signal of at least one of the motion sensor and the optical sensor for the user; calculate a physical work intensity or mental work intensity according to the determined physical work state or mental work state by using at least one of the optical sensor and the biosensor; and based on at least one of the calculated physical work intensity and the calculated mental work intensity, provide work state-related information for the user.
