Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a device and method for predicting a disease using elderly cohort data and, more specifically, to a device and method for predicting a disease using elderly cohort data and a model for predicting a disease of the elderly applied to the device and method, which can predict a risk of a disease of the elderly including a stroke and the like by using cohort data for the elderly aged 60 or higher. 본 발명은 고령자 코호트 데이터를 이용한 질환 예측 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는, 만 60세 이상의 고령자에 대한 코호트 데이터를 이용해 뇌졸중 질환을 포함하는 고령자 질환의 발병 가능성을 예측 가능한 고령자 코호트 데이터를 이용한 질환 예측 장치 및 방법 그리고 이에 적용되는 고령자 질환 예측 모델에 관한 것이다.
