The apparatus includes: a data collection unit acquiring sensing data including at least one value among a voltage, current, and temperature of the battery; a data pre-processing unit generating pre-processing data by inputting the sensing data to a pre-learned auto-encoder model; and a state prediction unit calculating a state-of-health (SOH) value by inputting the pre-processing data to a pre-learned SOH model.
