| Zusammenfassung: | A mask member according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first layer having both surfaces formed flat, and made of a material allowing air to pass through; a second layer overlapping one surface of a lining to form a layer, and filtering predetermined components from the air passing therethrough; and a third layer overlapping the second layer to form a layer and being embossed, wherein the first, second, and third layers are fused to each other. According to the present invention, the number of forming rollers for forming a mask member can be reduced, and thus production equipment and processes can be simplified.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 마스크 부재는 양면이 편평하게 형성되고 공기가 통과하는 재질로 이루어진 제1레이어, 안감의 일면에 포개져 층을 이루며 통과하는 공기 중에서 미리 정해진 성분들을 걸러내는 제2레이어 및 제2레이어에 포개져 층을 이루며, 엠보싱 처리된 제3레이어를 포함한다. 그리고, 제1레이어, 제2레이어 및 제3레이어는 서로 용착된다. |
